SVN = SubVersioN.
Difference between ZSNES WIP and ZSNES obtained from SVN: the ZSNES WIP's have been tested (to some degree) to qualify as a stable beta release. SVN, on the other hand, while may have bleeding edge code and lots of bug fixes, it may be unstable. Use at your own risk.
