Sound bug..
Well, I have the latest version of zsnes (btw i'm too stupid to learn the name of the emulator) (1.36), and i've been playing Seiken Densetsu for quite some time. Just today, when I loaded zsnes (btw i'm too stupid to learn the name of the emulator), there was no sound.. I tried other roms as well, but nothing works. In the sound menu, i have enable sound and cubic spline checked, and volume at 100%. Please help.

is your sound turned on?
are your speakers on?
are your sound card drivers updated?
are your speakers plugged in?
do you have good checksums for your ROM's?
you should be using the latest wip, so if you're not, get it and do a clean install.

Get the latest WIP here:

Clean install: delete your .cfg files and start fresh, also, you'll better play using the in-game save (.srm files) instead of savestates.
In-game saves are compatible with all versions of zsnes and snes9x, savestates are not, IIRC.

as for good checksums, when you load a ROM, it says CHECKSUM: 'X'
where 'X' is OK or FAIL, I believe. this verifies that you have a good ROM dump. This will be in one of the lower corners of the screen when you load a game. Or you could use NSRT, which you can find a link for in Nach's sig.
