Help. joytokey arrows outputted as numpad arrows :(

I just downloaded joytokey and I must say that it is nothing short of amazing. But I noticed that the directional keys (up, down, left, right) register as pad2, pad4, pad6, and pad8. I figured that this is joytokey's inability to read arrows as just arrows. I was hoping that someone might be able to clarify this through leads on who to contact (English speaking developers) or better yet, help me solve this problem directly. This option is also crucial for other programs that do not make use of the numpad arrows but strictly the isolated ones. Thanks.
