White line at the bottom of the screen.

When using zsnes I have a white line at the bottom of the creen, about 3 pixels high. How can I remove this?

I'm not using any filters and my resolution is set to 1024x768.

I get that line but it's not always white. It looks like the top of the screen looped to the bottom of the screen, if that makes sense... is there a patch or is this problem being addressed?
