seiken densetsu3/Romancing saga/Dark Law
these screens look different from regular ones,they are not smooth enough,how can I do to make them smooth?

You can't at the moment specifically because hires (and variations of it) cannot be filtered.
Please search for older threads about this as this discussion has happened before.

They could be filtered in Snes9x if I remember right.

F1 cannot produce hires screenshots, you have to use printscreen for this purpose.
SonGoku1905, Snes9x filters it the same way.

Sorry , my mistake ; I wanted to say Bsnes.I remember reading a post about this on bsnes thread, but I wasn't sure about it.

You can apply a blurring effect with tools like IrfanView or Paint Shop Pro.
