Wasn't there another C port attempt fairly recently, by the way? I don't remember his name, but I think he had done a decent bit of porting before he got taken away by real life.

I remember having a hard time with tubular, but then I found out that pressing left+right made mario fly super fast to the right. :D
Not sure if that still works in new zsnes versions though.

I'm guessing you're using the newest zsnes version. That one doesn't include netplay.
I'm pretty sure you want the ZSNES Enhanced Netplay Edition.

I'm using version 3.5.5. The text that gets hidden is [blocked by the gorilla image]t characters to reach areas that the hero cannot! . But if it's fixed in 3.6, then it doesn't matter much, i guess.

Is it possible to somehow, um... disable the menu in fullscreen mode? The alt button is pretty much unusable as it is now. And no, hiding the menu isn't helping.

Clearly you will need to travel to a store to acquire a SNES in a virtual world , when you start bsnes for the first time.
It won't be a complete emulator until it emulates the actual 'getting the console'-moment.
