Text Removal
You all know what I'm talking about, the text that displays on the bottom of ZSNES at a ROM start-up telling you ROM information. Is there any way to get rid of this?

This is only available in SVN. Go to http://board.zsnes.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=7371 to read more on acquiring what you need.

Download and extract ZGet into a folder. Then run the application (zget.exe) and let it search for ZSNES MinGw, and if it isn't found (which is most likely the case), it will be automatically downloaded. Just answer the questions that pop up on the screen and you should be fine.
After ZSNES has been compiled it should be located in ZGet\zsnes\src\ZSNESW.EXE

If you're not doing this from the GUI, you are doing yourself a disservice.gladwarez wrote:Awesome, I removed the text! I want to configure the controls through the .cfg, so I just need the key values for the letters "q", "w", and "d".

If you're using zget 4, and you know you don't have MinGW, just tell it to skip searching.Real Hotdog wrote:Download and extract ZGet into a folder. Then run the application (zget.exe) and let it search for ZSNES MinGw, and if it isn't found (which is most likely the case)
