And many more!

Joking aside, I know you guys are still working hard. Thanks for all you've done and what you're still doing now.

ZSMUE (SMUE > Super[or System] Multi-Use Emulator)
That's a horrible name.

Reirom Emu All System, or REAS for short.
Good lord, that's old school. Happy memories......

Yes, we have used ZSNES netplay successfully in the past. We know how to set it up and things look correct. My question, though, is if anyone knows about netplay compatibility between windows versions, since nothing else seems to be the culprit

Has anyone seen netplay work between an XP machine and a windows 7 machine? Friend and I have tried 1.337 and 1.42n; neither are working for us. Just wondering if it's even possible or if we've still got something config'ed incorrectly

If you liked this game, then I'm here to tell you about On The Ball , http://www.gamesetwatch.com/OtB2.png the classic, unknown SNES masterpiece. It's the same idea as this game, but bigger, and without the constant death that this flash game has. Plus, it has gravity control, pinball-style bumping,...

What version will allow netplay of Kirby Super Star?

My friend and I crash when loading this in 1.42N. Is anyone aware of a version this was netplayable in? I'd like to have it ready the next time we play, and I can't test the netplay alone.

chill out, and grow up. the people posting here are just trying to help. they aren't all computer experts. don't be so quick to flame them. you're hurting zsnes' reputation, and alienating the users. stop it. it feels like a gamefaqs board in here.

why anyone would want it to be running while minimized is beyond me. I don't think that's what the original poster was talking about, besides

... You think that when you minimize a program to the taskbar it doesn't use any CPU to do its stuff ? Nice little metaphor: You're in front of your best friend. You turn around. Do you think your friend stopped breathing just because you can't SEE him breathing ? Ok, the nice is over now. HAND. di...

the problem I see is that even with your extra space, it still won't be enough room. look at the line right below the input box. it gives the currently selected rom's name, and it's still cut off. extra space won't change that

it seems to me that something (either zsnes or windows) senses if zsnes is in focus, and it lowers its priority if it is not. I can catch it in either state on my pc, if I'm really sneaky.

aw, that's pretty harsh evan :( I was raised on 70s rock, boston included. yes, brad delp came up with some pretty weak super-cliche lyrics, but tom scholz's guitar is pretty sweet. I've been listening to more weird rock lately; modest mouse, flaming lips, wilco, blur, lemon jelly. lots of local mus...

well, I can't remember enough about linux to compile zsnes, but I downloaded your RC1 binary and it worked pretty good, until it segfaulted when i tried to disable sound midgame. heh. I suppose the linux code is much different, and that nothing I did just now was of any use whatsoever :)
