DQ was never about the graphics. thats irrelevant. SInce they obviously have graphics in the game, it plays a role. And if they cared nothing about graphics, they would never have released the remake on superfamicam, nor would they have upgraded the graphics to 16 bit. Nor would they have even made...

Evan wrote:Why would it have snes-like graphics when it was made for the Game Boy Color, which had 8-bit graphics?
because the remix was originally made for the superfamicam. Not gameboy color. So naturally e would want to see it the way it was on SFC, rather then a downgraded version on GBC.

Gasp! Graphics on par with the original NES release! SHOCK! HORROR! LET'S KILL SOMEONE! Jesus fucking christ. well I can understand his point, sort of. Since it isn't just Dragon Warrior 3. But Dragon Warrior 3 Remix. The key word is REMIX. So I can understand that he would want to play the REMIX w...

actually she does. I finished the game with her. Apparently she doesnt level up past level 10 until after she is revived from her statue status. After that she can go till 99.

Dragon Quest V BUG??

I've been playing DQV with the translation patch from Dejap. The first time I played it, I choose Bianca as my wife. Everything was normal. The second time I played it, I chose Flora as my wife. However, she only goes up to level 10. After level 10, she doesn't gain anymore experience points, no mat...

Dragon Quest -> Dragon Warrior. That might be why you missed it. you're right. Thats why I missed it. I already got it. Thanks. Graphics aren't too bad. Not sa good as SNES obviously but pretty darn good for a gameboy. Sound however, blah. I prefer internal synth patches as opposed to the dinky sin...

Dragon Quest 3 Remix for GBA

Don't worry. This isn't like the other posts whining about when dejap translation will come out.

I was just curious if there is currently a translation patch for Dragon Quest III remix for the gameboy system? And if there is one, could someone please point me in the right direction? Thanks.

Why not? Of course you can! You can fight and leveling up as long as you want also on the real machine, the emulator just save time, thats all and no cheating Riiight. So based on your argument, using game genie to level up to 99 by punching in a code is not cheating. It just saves time so you don'...

The main thing that I want ZSNES to do is the following (if it is possible for the developers to program this in the next installment, I'd appreciate it) Here is the list: 1. Do my taxes 2. Take my nursing exams for me 3. Pleasure my wife when I'm not around 4. Wake me up in the morning, since I'm a...

I suspect that this was probably due to .cfg and .dat files from an old version of ZSNES. It is highly recommended that you delete the config files each time you install a new version of ZSNES to avoid compatibility issues and various unpredictable problems. Nah. I completely deleted the old versio...

hmm.. I apparently SRAM Check+Save was not enabled. I checked it and it works fine now. Ironically it fixed another problem. Alot of my games were freezing massively. Clicking SRAM Check+Save seemed to have taken care of that as well for some reason. Oh well.

Major BUG with in game saving SRM pathways WIN verison 1.42

First of all, I'm using the latest version of ZSNES V1.42 WINDOWS version. My operating system is WINME. The way I have my games set up is that I have a seperate folder for each game. EG: Chrono trigger folder, Star Ocean folder, etc. In the previous versions of ZSNES, the save file pathway would au...
