I've experienced the same gllitch, but only in one region of the game so far (the Valley of the Sylphs). Unfortunately I can't provide any savestates.

I think they use 'I'm dumb' with the phrase 'SNES9X' now ;-)

I had a similar problem while playing Seiken Densetsu 3 years ago. Sometimes, saves would just disappear. My workaround back then was to create additional ZST saves, they never seemed to disappear. But then again, that was a rather old DOS version of ZSNES.

Hm, back in 1999, I used to run ZSNES on a Pentium 166, later replaced by something with 300 MHz. RAM should have been somewhere around 64 to 128 MByte. I don't remember anything else, but games like Secret of Mana, Mega Man VII and Rockman & Forte were running fine. So maybe you should get an o...

OK, that should clear the issue. I tested the US ROM again and found it to run fine. I must have confused it with the other one, sorry for that. So it's just the European ROMs that feature the sprite problem. I'll keep that in mind, thanks.
