Sky Render said this on RPGOne site regarding the latest Final Fantasy VI patch: Since the new ZSNES releases have game-specific fixes that look at the game's internal name... Could you talk a bit about this? I'm simply curious, I guess it was a mistake/bad phrasing from Sky Render, wasn't it?. And,...

I hope the original poster doesn't mind if I use this thread, I'd like to ask a thing, which are the game differences between the normal FEOEZ and the Shounen Jump no Shou version? I know the latest was a very limited version that came with a shining sticker (I guess it had some other extras), but w...

Sound bug?
I don't know where this bug started, but I know it happens since the 5/8/04 WIP, even if you have disabled in the zsnesw.cfg file both the Sound and Stereo output options when you run ZSNES they are enabled.
If this is a known issue forgive this thread.

Tried both, I turned off the sound by going through Config/sound, but that didnt work, then I changed the percent thing to 150, that didn't do anything either!!!! I switched Versions to 1.36, and 1.30, but that doesnt do anything either, could it be the rom? You have to turn off the music in the ga...

But hacking them serves a greater purpose than just cheating... I'm with you there, cheat codes are useful with making in-depth FAQs, but well, this cheating theme was already discussed on the Dejap forum. I'm replying to this thread because I thought of a cheat feature and posting another thread w...

I finished Legend of Zelda on the 25/5 WIP without problems... are there any changes since then that could make this possible? maybe something related to the battery bugs? I finished the game several times on a real SNES back in the day, and I never suffered a bug like that... I played the PAL versi...

And i only played Monstania for about 5 minutes, but there was no freezes or anything. Is this totally random? or does it only occur certain places (in battle, out of battle, ect) Also, can you get a savestate from right before it happens? (get it to freeze, press Rewind until its no longer frozen,...

Traverse - Bug 1: it doesn't seem to actually freeze, the graphics just aren't displayed at all... the music stills plays, and if you wait until the intro is over, it will still get to the title screen You are right, I didn't notice that, I thought it was a freezing... Bug 2: there should be a back...

Why would changing the background color help sprite ripping? Well, if a sprite has black borders or part of it is black you take the risk of loosing part of it when you change the background colour to make a transparent gif. I don't know if I've been clear enough... anyway I don't think this is too...

I find cheats useful, but *not* for playing (I even hate using walkthroughs the first time I play a game), I think cheats are great, but for documenting, and making some FAQs, you can use them to see every item in the game, among some other things. About the Fast Fwd subject... I also think of it as...
